Where we have already filmed
Texas and Austin Hill Country stay the usual weekends from Hutto: Canyonwood Ridge, Camp Lucy Super 8, Wildflower Center, The Driskill, The Terrace Club, Q2 Stadium, plus Houston and San Antonio films already on the blog.
Colorado mountain films live on the Colorado hub. Utah is the Bonneville Salt Flats Super 8. California is Chateau Noland in San Luis Obispo. Mexico is Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa del Carmen. The Dominican Republic has Amanera and the cliffside weekend for Felix and Victoria. New Orleans is Southern Oaks and the French Quarter on a Jazz Fest weekend. Jackson Hole is Antelope Trails Ranch. Orlando is the Disney Wedding Pavilion film.
Japan has a collection page that is empty of films on purpose. The live studio page says a wedding in Japan has not been filmed yet. We will not invent one.
What travels, and what to ask before you book
Digital remains the coverage backbone on most destination days. Super 8 and 16mm fly when you want analog texture on the same weekend. Cameras and stock are packed as gear, not as a promise that every hour will be film.
Ask about travel and lodging, film versus digital, turnaround, whether a second shooter is needed, and what the finished deliverables include. The how-to-hire page is the checklist. This hub is the map of films from the road.
Send the date, venue, and coverage mix. Ask for packages. We write options after we see the weekend. No invented award count. No star graphic.
Destination films to watch first
Salt Flats Super 8 is the cleanest proof that film cameras travel. Cliffside Dominican Republic and Amanera show two different DR weekends. Mahekal is Mexico. Chateau Noland is California Super 8. Jackson Hole is a Jewish ranch day in the Tetons. New Orleans is Southern Oaks plus the Quarter.
If the destination is Colorado, use the Colorado hub. If it is Austin Hill Country with out-of-town guests, use the Austin hub and still tell us who is flying in. Ask for packages either way.
Disney Wedding Pavilion in Orlando is also on the blog if that is the hold. We keep the published list honest. A country that is not on this page is a country we have not filmed yet, including Japan.
